Spaghetti vegan Bolognese for 2

Chop onion and fry in a pot or deep pan.
Boil 300ml water for stock cube and add TVP to soak.
When onions are soft and slightly golden add herbs & spices and crop up the sun dried tomatoes pop in for a minute.
Stir in the stock and TVP can of tomatoes and olives (optional)
In another pot boil water to cook spaghetti to your liking.
Plate up and add salt to your taste.

- Salt (if you like to cook with or season with)
- 1 onion
- Mixed herbs
- Smoked paprika
- TVP (Vegetable textured protein)
- Veg stock cube
- Sun-dried tomatoes
- Can of tomatoes
- Dried spaghetti
- Olives ( optional if you wish to add)
