Spaghetti vegan Bolognese for 2

Chop onion and fry in a pot or deep pan.
Boil 300ml water for stock cube and add TVP to soak.
When onions are soft and slightly golden add herbs and spices and gravy powder for a minute.
Then slowly add stock, mixing it in to loosen the gravy while holding back the TVP, then add the TVP and can of tomatoes and olives (chop a little if you like)
In another pot boil water to cook spaghetti to your liking.
Plate up and add salt to your taste.

- TVP (Vegetable textured protein)
- Gravy powder
- Veg stock cube
- Sun-dried tomatoes
- Can of tomatoes
- Dried spaghetti
- Olives
- Oil
