Back in 2009, family members Jordan, Jessica, and Jason began to question how the food they were eating impacted their health, happiness, and humanity as a whole.
The trio began researching the gut-brain connection and the impact of certain foods and additives. Inspired by their extensive health and wellness readings and Jason’s battle with auto-immune disease, they opened Hu Kitchen, a fully paleo restaurant in NYC, with a focus on helping people Get Back to Human.
