Gingerbread with a Autumnal cutter and bag kit
Ingredients for gingerbread with cutter and bag. (Cutter will be at random, either bird, squirrel or leaf)
½ tsp baking powder
1 tbsp Ground Ginger
1 tsp Ground cinnamon
120g soft brown sugar
Ingredients from your cupboard:
Preheat oven to 180oC Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Empty the ingredients into a bowl and add the butter and rub in with fingers until the mixture resembles fine crumbs. Add the egg and mix in into a dough ball. Wrap in a wax wrap, damp towel (or replacement for cling film) and chill for 30min.
Roll out the dough and cut into shapes or squares and place on your reusable silicone baking sheet if you have one, if not get one it will change your life!😁
Bake the gingerbread for 8 -10mins or until cooked and golden.
Cool on a wire tray.
