A classic spanish bar snack with an lovely crunchy texture and a touch of spice from the chilli.

Curzo corn, also know as giant corn, grows at high altitudes in the Andes in Peru. It is cooked up in to this wonderful snack best enjoyed accompanied with a cool drink.
