Reason for The Birth of Amara’s Garden Products

After giving birth to my eldest daughter, I went through a severe bout of alopecia.  As I was unaware at the time that this was quite a common thing for women to go through after pregnancy, I freaked out and decided that I would stop using chemicals on my body. Starting with hair products, I spent years researching and reading up on  natural ingredients that were safe and also good for the body.  I later found out that my hair fall was hormonal, not due to chemicals that I’d put on my skin,  however, by that time, I’d started my research and had found copious information about the harmful effects of chemicals on the body.  Because of this, and due to the fact that I had suffered with eczema as a child, I decided to keep up with the journey and thus Amara’s Garden was born. Amara’s Garden is a company that makes all natural skin and hair products with no preservatives or unnatural scents and colours.  I later found out that many of the ingredients that I was using for my products were not only good for the body but were also vegan and excellent for conditions such as eczema.

Amara’s Garden is a small company and all of my products are made at home, with love and care.  We take care to ensure that all of our ingredients come from ethically sourced companies who use vegan, organic and cruelty free products. Oils used are also extra virgin and cold pressed wherever possible.
